Short film IRIS is set un the near future where nano tech driven drones are used for reconnaissance missions and social surveillance. These drones are run by IRIS, an advanced A.I system, which soon begins to unleash an attack upon mankind the likes of which we have never seen. A high concept short film set in the near future, where the latest in nano tech driven Drones are used for reconnaissance missions and social surveillance in order for the government to control society on a global level, feeding daily information into the most sophisticated and advanced decision making server known as I.R.I.S.
Powerful vision of a possible dystopian society
I.R.I.S. is another fun and stylish scifi short from director Hasraf HaZ Dulull, a Visual Effects Creative and Writer / Director in the Motion Pictures Industry, going under the name of HaZ. Nominated for several Visual Effects Society (VES) Awards for his Visual Effects Supervision work. He transitioned into Writing / Directing with his sci-fi short - 'Project Kronos' earning him representation and status as an emerging film maker. Variety announced soon after the short film was released, that Project Kronos is in development as a feature film at BenderSpink / Armory films / IAM Entertainment. HaZ is represented as a Writer / Director for Feature Film by Scott Glassgold at I AM Entertainment.
