The film's unsettling plot revolves around a birthday prank involving a stranger that quickly devolves, making it difficult to distinguish between an elaborate performance and a horrifying reality. The protagonists, Milk and their friend, are forced to grapple with the aftermath of their actions when a seemingly staged scenario results in a fatality.
